Babies must be 3 months before starting an H20 swimming class
Double nappy – all babies must wear a disposable water nappy which can be brought from most supermarkets and a aqua happy nappy which is tight fitting over the disposable nappy to prevent any accidents in the pool
It is recommended that babies are fed at least 1 hour before a swimming lesson.
All adult and children must shower and use the toilet before entering the pool. Showering before helps prevent any dead skin and hair getting in the pool as skin and hair is constantly shedding.
All outdoor footwear must be removed before entering the poolside as bacteria is picked up outdoor and carried around on the bottom of shoes. Removing footwear will help keep the pool clean.
Babies and adults must not swim if they are suffering from any of the following- diarrhea, ear infections and conjunctivitis
